Calibration Tool for STAG AC W01, W02, W03, W031 Injectors
Application Description
A specialized tool designed to calibrate the plunger stroke in AC STAG injector rails W01, W02, W03, and W031, in both Standard and BFC versions.
Injector Stroke Adjustment Instructions
Note:
Setting the stroke on the W01 injector using this device is not equivalent to factory calibration and does not guarantee that a new injector will maintain proper parameters.
Required tools: Calibration kit, Allen key (No. 4), power supply 12.5–13.5 VDC / 6A

Screw the calibrator into the injector nozzle port. Once installed, the needle on the small scale should indicate between 2–4 mm.
If not, loosen locking screw (1) and adjust the position of the dial gauge (2).
After re-tightening screw (1), rotate the gauge holder (3) to set the needle to zero on the scale. -
Connect the power cable plug to the injector.

Connect the power cable to the power supply.

Press the button on the calibrator's power cord to read the plunger stroke.
Warning:
Pressing the button for more than 4 seconds may damage the injector coil!

If the stroke reading is outside the specified range, adjust it by tightening the foot (if the stroke is too large) or loosening it (if the stroke is too small).

Repeat the procedure for the remaining injector sections.
