ABIMEX mixer for single-point injection, 30 mm burner diameter

Technical Data

• Burner diameter: 30 mm,
• Gas hose diameter: 16 mm,
• Outer dimensions: 110 x 70 x 17 mm,
• The mixer is mounted under the injector on the injector plate.

Approximate mixer selection:

• 1.0 - 1.2 liters - use a mixer with an opening from 28 to 30 mm,
• 1.4 - 1.6 liters - use a mixer with an opening from 32 to 36 mm,
• 1.6 - 2.0 liters - use a mixer with an opening from 34 to 38 mm.

A too small air inlet hole in the mixer results in a too rich mixture, causing excessive gas burning. A too large hole results in a too lean mixture, causing valve wear.

However, mixer selection also depends on individual engine characteristics, so it is advisable to consult an experienced mechanic.
