Application Description

ISA3 Auto-Adaptation:

• Dedicated correction map independent of RPM-based injection time corrections

• Precise collection of reference gasoline injection timing maps, considering engine temperature

• Real-time recognition of closed-loop and open-loop modes

• Real-time monitoring of the vehicle’s OBD lambda sensor signal

OBD Auto-Adaptation:

• Ensures gas injection is precisely matched to engine operating conditions and load.

• The air-fuel mixture is adjusted not only based on gasoline injection times but also according to ongoing corrections from the gasoline ECU.

Automatic OBD Error Reset:

• Automatically clears selected OBD errors without requiring external diagnostic tools.

Built-in Fuel Level Emulator:

• In some modern vehicles, fuel level is initially determined at engine start based on the fuel tank sensor and then adjusted by the gasoline ECU according to fuel consumption derived from injection times.

• While running on gas, the gasoline fuel gauge may indicate fuel consumption even if gasoline is not used.

• The built-in emulator restores the actual fuel level at each engine start. (Wiring not included)
