Application
The plunger is designed for repairing one cylinder in 4-, 3-, or 2-cylinder Hercules Blue injector rails.
The most common failure of the injector rail is injector leakage, which manifests as uneven engine operation, power loss, increased gas consumption, and difficulties in properly tuning the gas system. This is usually caused by normal wear or contamination of the rail.
