OBD Adapter v2 enables communication system gas injection Diego G3 and NEVO the petrol controller uses OBDII diagnostic interface. OBD Adapter v2 also can work without the gas system as OBD scanner.

Using the adapter is:

• read parameters from the OBDII system and their visualization in the calibration system and NEVO Diego,
• reading and control (including deletion) registered and pending fault petrol controller,
• automatic adjustment and adaptation of the gas system using adjustments read from the OBD (only by using the driver Diego G3 or newer versions 3.0H or NEVO).

OBD Adapter v2 also can work without the gas system as OBD scanner.

It is possible to use only the calibration time - in this case it serves as a device which simplifies the calibration of the system, also to some extent be automated. It is also possible to mount it in the car on a permanent basis - then it is used as an interface between the controller petrol and gas and allows for the introduction of an adaptive continuous adjustments.

OBD Adapter v2 can be used in vehicles with gas installation with driver Diego families 1.4x, 1.5x and 3.0x. Drivers 3.0H or newer versions allow full cooperation with the adapter, including the functionality of adaptive adjustments based on the OBD. Drivers with older versions only provide OBD scanner functionality (read parameters, error codes).

The adapter can be connected to the OBDII using protocols that are used in most new European cars:

• ISO9141,
• KWP2000slow,
• KWP2000fast,
• CAN_11bitID_500kbps,
• CAN_29bitID_500kbps,
• CAN_11bitID_250kbps,
• CAN_29bitID_250kbps.

OBD adapter replaces v2 full version v1 (v1 OBD adapter only works with DiegoG3).
