Application Description
A common failure in gas installations is the seizure of the reducer’s gas valve plunger. This occurs because contaminated gas contains oil fractions. The flowing gas deposits some of these oils on the plunger and inside the pin. Over time, these deposits form a layer that can immobilize the plunger.
A typical symptom is the inability to switch to gas, even with a warm reducer. The system automatically switches to petrol.
In such cases, the solenoid valve assembly (pin) must be replaced.
