Application Description
The TECH-224 series comprises modern microprocessor controllers with a 48-pin harness designed for engines with up to 4 cylinders. The units combine advanced technology with ergonomic design.
The control processor, featuring auto-calibration, auto-adaptation, and continuous monitoring and correction systems, is housed in a compact tecamide enclosure measuring 114 x 140 x 36 mm. This material provides durability and thermal properties comparable to traditional aluminum housings, resulting in a lightweight, compact device that can be easily installed in any vehicle.
The enhanced TECH-224 version is equipped with a significantly faster processor, allowing more efficient system control and supporting advanced software features such as controller temperature monitoring, frozen frame handling, and an improved oscilloscope.
Moreover, injection time measurements are more precise compared to the standard version.
An additional advantage of the TECH-224 controller is its software enhancement featuring a second adjustment slider. This allows for mixture composition changes at idle without the need for re-running auto-calibration. It also includes non-volatile error memory that permanently records detailed information about fault occurrences.
