Usage Information:
A common failure in gas installations is the seizure of the reducer’s gas valve piston. This happens because contaminated gas contains oil fractions. As the gas flows, some of these oils deposit on the piston and inside the pin. Over time, these deposits can create a layer that may immobilize the piston. A sign of this problem is the inability to switch to gas, even when the reducer is warm. In such cases, the system automatically switches back to petrol. The solution is to replace the solenoid valve assembly (pin).
